• ✦Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging.
• ✦Gift sets that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

3. 3Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
4. 4Drop it off at any local post office or carrier location.
5. 5Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@velglow.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
